Turning into quite the battle, Kelly Rutherford and her estranged husband Daniel Giersch are headed to testify in their ongoing child custody case.

According to press reports, the ex-couple attended a hearing in Santa Monica earlier today, with it being announced that both must take the stand tomorrow (January 22).
